What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with a new customer, starts with a phone call, or email. We make an appointment to meet in our design center. This first step allows customers who know what they want in terms of cabinetry & countertop brands with a creative way to view the cabinet finishes & door styles. Customers who are not sure where to start also benefit in meeting in our design center. Free services provided before you start your project, include, Free Construction estimate, Free project schedule estimate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential customers looking to remodel the kitchen & bathroom areas of the home. We work with customers who want the general contractor, the cabinet supplier, the countertop supplier, installer of all trades, under one roof with a proven track record of completed project in NW Portland after the last eight years. We stay up to date on all trends working with the best material suppliers, tradesmen, all for the same common goal to deliver the best possible results & outcomes on every project.
